I already have a Skyoe account, but what i am after is to set up a new Skype name and transfer all my contacts to my new name.

how to i do this??

Try this! On the Skype main window using he Tools drop down there is a choice "Send Contacts" and when this opens it looks like you can send one or as many as you want to another recipient. This might do what you need
