wackysleet Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 You are right, it is a personal opinion and I for one was not just referring to pole dancers, there are also thousands of porn DVDs for sale too, means f.a, as for the age thing it has nothing to do with it, my generation gave the world the beatles, the stones and lots more groups still performing to packed out stadiums. nowadays most singers even here in the Kingdom are one hit wonders with the exception of pe bird, ask yourself truthfully, how many dances have you actually been to, by the same token why not ask the people that go to Pattaya and most will say "oh fantastic bars and nightlife" and the girls WOW. You misanderstood. If you had read carefully you could see i was not referring to bars, nightlife, singers, porn dvd and the beauty of the girls, just the dancing skills. As for the music..................... even Agadoo sounds better. Well okay, maybe not but there's not a lot in it. But there you are, different stroke for different folks. I am surprised too to read bad comments on thai dancing (except for go-go dancers, that actually are not there for that pourpose as you should know) from you and a few others because here in Phuket everybody i know is just enthusiastic about it. Personal opinions are sacred, but i would like to know how many people you ask about it and what age they are... I imagine that people buying the cd/dvd's of Thai girls dancing really arent that interested in their dancing ability. Sorry, but thats what i think. Just as I imagine that those men who went out and bought Cindy Crawfords fitness video (or any other model/star), were not all particularly interested in the fitness regime.. I dated a Coyote dancer for a while. Works in Rayong at some 'love club' (cannot remember the name) but each time I went to Pattaya or for a border run to Cambodia I was always asked to drop in to her apartment and not just to sleep! She was a pleasant woman and at least honesdt if she had a client with her who was making a cash donation towards her buying her new Honda Jazz. Most of her money came from customers paying her to sit and buy her 'lady drinks'. She was very selective about who she took 'home'.
