Hmmm, there is a gust from the past.

My first (of only 2) girlfriends in Thailand is from Ratchaburi.

She got sick of waiting for the marriage, so she jumped ship (after about 15-16 months) and strait into the arms of another foreigner.

Told her I did not want to marry someone that I did not know, and wanted at least to live together for a while.

She was in a hurry, and chose this other guy instead.

I was devestated back then.

She got married to this other guy, but divorced again.

Oh, btw, she was NOT a pro.

The good thing about this girl from Ratchaburi leaving me is that I met my wonderful wife later on.

Anyhow, Im really happy for you pal.

Actually, mine hails from that area, too. Born up North, but lived in Ratburi for a long time.

And yes, she is a wonderful woman. She comes from "City of Nice People". They have a banner hanging over the main street

I've been living in Ratchaburi for few years and I must say that it's not easy to meet girls from Ratchaburi in Ratchaburi It's different story if u're in touristy places and u meet a friendly girl from Ratchaburi. Anyway the city is cool and the girls too if u happen to get to know them better!
