I need to purchase Duromine (a weight loss pill orginated from Australia) to lose some weight for my wedding. Only thing which will work is Duromine for me(exercise is out as i work 19hrs a day). Aniway are they available in Bangkok ????? And the address or directions might be helpful too.

Duromine is a slow-release form of phentermine. It is not approved for use in Thailand, but phentermine by itself is available in Thailand under the brand name Panbesy Nyscap. Would be the same as duromine except not sustained release. I am not cetrtain tho if it is sold OTC, would expect not since it is an amphetamine i.e. might haveto get it from a doctor.

I do not really understand the above bolded sentence. What do you mean by sustained release ?? So its a reverse of a slow release form meaning the effect is faster ?

No, sustained release and slow release are essentially the same thing. In Duromine the active ingrediant is combined with something that causes it to be released into the system gradually thereby havung a longer action.
