I have been told by TRUE at many reprise

LINKSYS not compatible with the TRUE system & it why I have connection problem.

It happens generally once a month and they need to reset something somewhere that was ok.

Now for the last 2-3 weeks getting worth, before every hour my connection drops, not it is every 5 minutes!

I ring LINKSYS help desk (philipine) and they came to conclusion it is the server.

I ask him what server to use then? He did not know.

If they sell a product in a country, they must be confident the end user can enjoy it

If anyone have more information?

Is my problem happen to other user?

What company I could switch too?

Where to send an email to Linksys enquiry about Thailand server?

what is the model of your linksys unit ?

the phone line from the point where you plug your modem into out to the street ? is it new ?

Hi I live in Khon Kaen city and my server is True Internet, i have 3 note books runnig via a LINKSYS Wireless Broadband router and never have any connection problems , it was intalled by a shop in KK who sell Lynsksys , the shops phone number is 043333595 they may be able to give you some info about any dealers in Bangkok that can help
