Beer Sales Restrictions In Udon On Sunday?

Can anyone tell me whether the Big C in Udon has any restrictions on Sunday beer sales...either time of day or otherwise?

I don't know about Udon. But in most places the only restriction is from 2 to 5 PM everyday.

And then only at the big stores and 7/11.

The restriction also applies before 11am.

But if you buy 10 litres + (2 cases of beer), then there is no time or day restriction. That is of course unless there is an election, a big Buddha holiday or some big Royal event.

Thanks. It was the 5pm that ubonjoe mentioned that was in the back of my mind from last year. My NokAir flight arrives at 2pm and I wanted to make a quick stop to stock up on necessities before pressing on out to the family farm. Looks like the 2 case minimum is something I should'nt have any problem meeting

Note that some places are not aware of the 10 litres or X bottles limit.
