ThaiEye
A friend of mine is gonna go back to the UK soon. He would like to know whether he can apply for a Non-imm O visa from there (British passport) with child's birth certificate, he is not legally married (he's still waiting for his previous divorce papers from the UK to come through) If so, single, or multiple entry? ubonjoe
He can get a non-o to visit his child. He can get either a multiple or a single entry. Suggest he not use the embassy in London they might only give a single. He should use one of the honorary consulates such as Hull. He can also can get a 1 year extension to support his child at immigration.

Lite Beer
He can get a Non Imm O Multy Entry Visa from Hull even without a Thai Child. So he will have no problem. Details here http://www.thaiconsul.co.uk/downloads-and-visas.aspx
