Since ZTE has just completed a VOIP call on a Rev. B connection, which 9.3 down and 5.4 up and can be scaled to 73.5 down and 27 up, what are the chances that CAT is going with a different technology?  Especially considering that going to Rev. B is simply a software upgrade away?
