First 90 days is up 5^th Mar.

Is it ok to go out and back in on that day, the 5^th ? Or do I have to go out on the 4^th back in on the 5^Th ? I mean stay out for one night or what ever?

Basically go out turn around and come back in, as same as I did with Tourist entry stamp? Aviod as many 5 Baht Yum Yum's as possible!!

This will be Cambodia exit and re-entry so that is all good?

You have to leave on the 5th or before. Up to you when you come back.

Yes, just cross the border, enter and exit Cambodia and come back.
