davethailand Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 Not sure if anyone can shed any light on this but I've heard that there is a new law where the Thai license holder of the entertainment/ operating license for a bar/ club now actually has to be a director on the company! If true then most bars and clubs owned by farangs will have to add their license holders name to their company as co director. Anyone? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
