Yes in which restaurant in Bangkok is it possible to get REAL béarnaise’s sauce ?

It was a couple of months ago, but I had an excellent piece of meat with Bearnaise sauce at the Siam@Siam near the National Stadium.

New York Steakhouse at the Marriott (Ploenchit) are doing fresh bearnaise, made to order.

Otherwise, for bbq at home, I make it myself; chopped tarragon leaves infused in white wine (instead of vinegar) + egg yolk + clarified butter...

Et voila!
