Starting An E-commerce Business In Thailand

I'm currently in the process of starting an e-commerce business selling computer parts in Thailand catering to the English speaking community. What a would like to know, is what are people's thought about a service like this? Here is a little more detail about the site.

Here are the features that the site is going to have

1) The site is going to be all in English

2) It's going to have comments, suggestions and links to reviews about computer parts

3) Support secure online credit card processing

4) Shipped to anywhere in Thailand

5) Comparable prices to what is offered at Pantip, maybe a little higher

Here are some questions I have.

1) What would it take for you to try the service?

2) Where would be a good place to advertise the service? I was thinking of posting an ad in the local paper like Bangkok Post or Express

3) Would playing ads online on a site like this help?

Any thoughts, suggestions, or comments are greatly appreciated. Ask if you have any questions. The only reason I want to start such a business is that I think we are really lacking these kind of services. I really miss the online buying experience in the US so I want to bring it to Thailand.
