I have just seen an article that advises that Nationwide is to start implementing a charge on foreign usage of their Debit card--I presume that this is the famous Flex--apparently not too bad if used within Europe but, from July, a 1% handling charge when used outside Europe--has anyone else heard anything about this dastardly deed???
