Rad Na-- Any Recipes?

Featured Replies

I love rad na, but prefer the crispy noodles to the big flat noodles (just a bit too limp and soft for my liking). Does anyone have a recipe on how to make the crispy rad na noodle dish, with the gravy?

You don't have to signal a social conscience by looking like a frump. Lace knickers won't hasten the holocaust, you can ban the bomb in a feather boa just as well as without, and a mild interest in the length of hemlines doesn't necessarily disqualify you from reading Das Kapital and agreeing with every word. ~Elizabeth Bibesco

Same as regular...only difference is you deep fry the dried sen mee rice noodles first....top with Lahd Nah gravy. They don't stay crispy for long.

I was afraid they were deep fried. I try to avoid deep fried foods as much as possible but lets face it, they always taste better, don't they?
