Pick Up Non-immi O Visa

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just a quick question. My wife will have to pick up her Non-Immi O (2nd time extension) this Friday, does she need to go there by herself or somebody can pick it up for her?

And if she couldn't make it on Friday, can she does it on Monday or Tuesday instead?

Thank you in advance

I think you are talking about an Extension from Immigration. Not a Non O Visa.

Has she already applied you are not really clear.

EDIT.

I gather that you are Thai and your Wife is from Japan and she has to get the remainder of her 12 month extension based on being married to you.

Yes she/someone will have to go on Fridays as that is the report date.

As for whether you are someone else can go on her behalf? You had better phone Immigration and ask them. I am not sure.

Sorry for confusion. She already gotten her Non O visa and she is applying for a 1-year extension.

Has she already applied and been given a 30 day under consideration stamp.

Friday being the end of the 30 days?

I will call the immigration to make sure. Thank you for your help :o

If she has already applied and been given a 30 days under consideration stamp, she does not have to go in person. Whoever does go will need to take her passport to get the new stamp in it.

If she has not already applied, she has to go in person, along with her spouse.
