No idea in Patong and to be honest I would be hard to trust one in that area.

Phuket town has a (to me) decent place. Down the one way road where the "On On" guest house is. Turn right on the corner of Roxy bar and the place is on the right side. Nice bloke, fairly decent English and good price though I only had betteries replaced and a strap adjusted.
