I'd like to attempt a helpful response:

mâe chee rin poo lá (Name of a nun)

wát nŏng hŭa râet (Name of a temple)

T. lăem tong (Name of Sub-district/tambon)

A. nŏng boon nâak (Name of district/amphur)

J. Nakhornrachasima

Google maps doesn't know the temple but if google maps is correct, and if the temple is in the Tambon center then it's a tiny place. The link below is to what looks like a temple in this tiny place.
