I Would Like To Lease Some Land

Hi all;

My future plan is to lease some land and build some bugalows for rent.

My plan is to get this project up and started in about 6 or so months from now so basically I am now just at the reseach stage.

I think a 15 year lease would be ideal, somewhere in a growing or exsisting tourist destination.

Do any of you well conected Thaivia'ites have any sugestions? locations? etc.

I know places like samui have land for rent, and good/afforadable accomodation is in much need

Right now I am in Australia and plan on coming over to Thailand in a couple of months to have a look around.

Could you give me more detail about the land plz? perhaps you could PM me if it's not too much trouble.
