Likely they do mean Na Klua but are pronouncing it correctly as Na Krua.

As you probably already know Thais generally say an L instead of an R.

from Pattaya Klang, the easiest way for me to give directions would be to go down Sukh towards Pattaya Nua. go past Nua and make a left on Soi Sawang Fa and head straight down until you are close to the pier. can't miss the Naklua Market.
