Odd Port 80 (web Browsing)

Well it has been awhile, as you can see somethings never change. Have to proxy to get here.

1. Google works fine (i e google tot cache)

2. No link from google will open

3. Most other links won't work (ie Thaivisa.com, PClinuxOS.com etc etc)

4. Put any nonworking link in a web based proxy which does work ???? and they also work.

5. A few sites do work ie distrowatch etc, some only part load and stop some not at all, but all work fine, even faster then normal with a proxy.

Have seen this happen before for a few hours at a time in the eve, but it started this morning and never has stopped. Only seems to effect port 80 web sites.

Don't like proxy because they often mod. content and who knows what else.

So its not the overloaded internet, the nets wide open with a proxy, its ToT blocking internet from outside Thailand to its users ???.

Just a guess, It all does not add up to me.

Oh what fun it was to explain to call center.

Hope I can post from a proxy. How much traffic does a site like TV miss because of things like this?
