Any idea of the length of warranty on that model? I can't find any warranty references to 32LG30RA for 16,990 bt.

Model # 32LG60UR adds the contrast ratio from 15,000 to 50,000 and a USB port for an extra 3000.

Is it worth paying the extra 3KB? I haven't a clue what the extra contrast ratio will do for me. :o

Main use is to watch movies, not free to air tv or sat tv. I don't think I even have a tv aerial.

Thanks for any advice. :D

my one has only a one year warrantee.

I have the 30RA model which I find quite good. I use it as a monitor too sometimesbut its resolution may not be as good as the more expensive one. You may also find the more expensive one has a longer warrantee.

Just don't wash any passports in it...the are warrantee excluisions :o

If you only watch movies you will be much better off buying a high quality montor and watching using this than the tv. Half the price and usually greater res too.

Thanks Harry.

<deleted> is "timeshift"? :o

You start watching the program...go an make a cup of coffee return to watch the program start again from the beginning then when the ads come you can fast forward through them.

Harry, thanks for that, dunno if it's got that "feature".

Well, I weakend, I went into Homepro, Phet Kaseam, to buy curtains and came out with an invoice for the

32LG60UR u-beaut model, for only 17990...... on special offer today.

It's a heck of a unit. Installation is tomorrow along with a DVD player and recorder.

Warranty is only one year. :o

Oh, I got the curtains too. :D
