This is two similar but separate traditional sayings. There are also a couple of typos which I've fixed (extra ว and ชั๋ว instead of ชั่ว). I had to Google around to get the precise senses. If I'm wrong, someone please correct.

วันพระไม่มีหนเดียว

Usually used in a threatening sense, like to say,"one day I'll get revenge."

ชั่วเจ็ดทีดีเจ็ดหน

Usually used in a positive sense, like to say, "the sun will come up tomorrow" or "there's always another chance to succeed"
