What are the laws regarding individuals and business's playing excessively loud stereos.

And are temples just allowed to hold karaoke/style events with no consideration for local residents and or prior warning.

If there are such laws they are useless, not enforce at all. There is a Wat about 1km away from my place and once in awhile they do an all nighter, I've got use to it and just tune out with the help of so good ear Plugs.
