Sorry if this this has been posted before but i did not find this in the search facility.

I am looking to buy a resale unregistered condo in Foreign Ownership (Tor Tor 3) at a very reduced value from the original selling price, via a Third party. I now have the funds transferred into my bank from overseas which exceeds the value for which i am buying at.

However i am now aware that the money transferred does not cover the value of the property registered between the contractor and the Land Office.

I am around 300,000baht short of the original value registered at the Land Office. I do not have any other money registered in the past coming into the country for any other item, so i cannot use any past money to add to the new current Foreign Exchange Certificate.

I also do not have any other funds available from overseas!

Is there a solution to this problem?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
