Heading to Nong Khai end of week. How have the weather been the last days?

I am 45b minutes up river from Nong Khai - last couple of days:

Monday - v hot in morning/afternoon. Evening had massive thunderstorm and torrential rain for 6/7 hours. cool over night

Tuesday -v hot and sunny through til about 4pm then heavy clouds and thunder for 2/3 hours with light rain. cool overnight

Today - cloudy. not so hot with no direct sun but very humid - looks like rain later maybe.

I see something about a storm on Thai Tv , but could not get if it was North East or North.

Just had another big storm - knocked the power out for 2 hours.

Finally rain today ! After 6 months. Happy guy here. Not much wind. Tomorrow sun and sun and some rain. Temperature over 35 C. Like it. Live Muang Nongkhai. Electricity OK but I am prepared....... Every thunderstorm can block the current from Laos and than it can take hours before my fan works.....
