Samar Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 I would like to source a Thai supplier of equipment to make Moong Bean Sprouts and Tofu (the harder version as well as the Silk tofu version.) If some kind of training on the use of the machines is also an option, that would be great. Not too sure that this is the correct forum to post this to. To get a better response would it be better to place a classified ad in Bangkok Times? I'm from Mumbai, India and I've travelled to Thailand a number of times, but unfortunately do not speak Thai.
