March 31, 200917 yr I would be suprised if it did get flooded as it only poured for a few minutes... (Well here in Jomtien it did).

April 2, 200917 yr they need to put in ground drains, and a large reservoir tank and automatic sump pumps, reasonably easy. this will cure the problem but TIT so they will probably give you some floating device to get in
