Featured Replies

If in the Central Festival building, how is the front area holding up against this rain?

I would be suprised if it did get flooded as it only poured for a few minutes...

(Well here in Jomtien it did).

we had a tropical storm here in Banglamung, went on for about 1/2 hour ,we went to central after and all seemed ok.

I think thet will have to call back the structural engineers ,before monsoon season

Design a concrete bund wall to be built in front of the entrances to hold back the water when it rains.

they need to put in ground drains, and a large reservoir tank and automatic sump pumps, reasonably easy. this will cure the problem but TIT so they will probably give you some floating device to get in

It would pull in more people if it was converted into a floating market :o

Of more concern are the iron "pillar helpers" they are installing on the ground floor in the parking garage.

:o
