Anyone who knoes where I could buy a printed copy of แบบเรียนภาษาไทยสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ (Thai Language Textbook for Foreigner). I know it's available online, but I prefer to read it in the real world.

Preferably somewhere near Bangkok, Pattaya or online book store.

I haven't seen it personally -- maybe at one of the Khurusapha stores (Thais in BKK virtually all know these stores -- ศึกษาภัณฑ์ "school supplies"), which sells publications from the Ministry of Education like textbooks. The only branch I know is the big one, near Democracy Monument. Watch out for demonstrations...
