mickmac
Hi All, My wife has a visa for Ireland, and am looking at the flights either via London or Paris then onto Dublin. Reason for this route being:- a good deal on the cost of Flight tickets. Will my wife require a visa to transit through either of the airports to catch the Dublin bound flight, she will be travelling with me? Regards Mickmac

spongeman
Having brought the Thai Mrs back to Dublin on a spouse of Irish Citiizen visa through LHR I would say why not try a connecting airport that is slightly more friendly immigration - wise than LHR ? Amsterdam perhaps. Get her registered when ye get here, and after 3 one - year visas an Irish passport. No more of those pesky re-entry visas then. Regards Mickmac Will she be going through immigration or just changing flights? I agree about Amsterdam, but because it's a tidier, more compact airport.
