Anybody know how thw ATM exchange rate is determined ie say Bangkok bank quote a rate at close of business today does that change or will it be the same until the bank opens on Tuesday

I was not aware that Bangkok Bank quoted or set an ATM rate. The have rates for foreign exchange transactions. Believe the exchange rate from an ATM is determined by your card/system - not by the bank at this end.
