I live in Wongsawang in Bangkok, yesterday at 4pm we had an almighty thunderstorm and the lightning was striking pretty close, anyway it knocked the power out at home (just before the grand prix started), what wqs amazing was the amount of hailstones it put down, something I thought I would never see in Thailand.

After the storm I went for a walk thinking the electric would be back by the time I was home, but when I got to Kasemrad hospital I saw an electric pole had been hit by lightning and the concrte at the bottom was smashed and it was leaning on to the power lines. anyway we eventually got power back around 8pm. Also there was a fair amount of branches down from trees.

Did anyone else get him by this storm?

yeah i live there 2. crazy storm ow power went out for about 10 minutes
