The homemade PVC pipe water guns are by far the most powerful.

Not all soakers are alike.. In fact most are complete crap, just toys really. ( )

I'll take a picture of mine soon, that's the one you should be looking out for. They go for around 500 baht. (Pretty much double of the crap ones, even though some of the crap ones are bigger physical size)

The best one that you can buy locally has a water pack for your back and a long tube that is similar to the PVC pipes that is connected to the water supply. It shoots far and true and only has to be refilled every once in awhile. Be careful, the short barrelled one does not shoot far enough and the long barreled one keeps getting banned (but noone ever stops you from carrying one).
