Can some kind soul please help me translate this email sent to me by a Thai friend. I only started to learn to read and write three months ago, so have really struggled with this one. She is trying to help me learn but after a week of trying all I can come up with is something about the weather in thailand being hot and wet and its a bit of a burden and maybe she has become ill cus of rain. Something about going to work and that she is of to her home province to visit her family.

สบายดีหรือเปล่าส่วนตุ๊กสบายดี อากาศทางอังกฤษเป็นอย่างไรบ้าง อากาศทางเมืองไทยตอนนี้

ฝนตกหนักมากอากาศก็ร้อนจัดทำให้ไม่สบายบ่อย ๆ เวลาไปทำงานก็เช้ามากเวลานอนก็มีน้อยมาก

เลยทำให้ไม่ค่อยสบายบ่อย ๆ วันนี้ตุ๊กอยู่ที่นครสวรรค์วันหยุดเลยกับมาที่บ้าน มาหาพ่อกับแม่และน้อง

โจไม่หน่ารีบกลับอังกฤษเลยจะได้มาเที่ยวที่บ้านจะได้มาเจอพ่อกับแม่ตุ๊ก เดียวแค่นี้ก่อนนะค่ะเพราะ

น้องจะใช่คอมนะค่ะ บาย ๆ ไว้เจอกันไหม

How are you? As for Took, Took is fine here. How is the weather in England, still raining heavily and hot as usual here in Thailand. I got sick quite often because have to get up quite early for works and sleep less. Today is a holiday for Took, so I came back home to NakhonSawan to see dad and mom. Bummer that you had to go back to England, otherwise you will get a chance to meet my dad and mom.

Ok this’s all for now, because my sister/brother is wanting to use the computer.

Hello, Sabaaijai, I think that there may be some spelling mistakes in there. I'm not so great at reading Thai myself.

ฝนตกหนักมากอากาศก็ร้อนจัดทำให้ไม่สบายบ่อย ๆ

ฝนตกหนัก this does not mean that the rain is a burden, seperate it as ฝน ตก หนัก rain falls heavy

So How is the weather in England? The weather in Thailand it is heavy rain and very hot, often uncomfortable.

As for the rest, I think you seem to have the gist of it.

It would be an idea if you separated the text into sentences and then posted what you think each sentence means
