Salaries for thai nationals

Anyone,

Please help. I know about salaries for police officers, McDonalds employees, and so on. But what is the salary for a Thai national in smaller farang business?

Is anybody able to give some hints about:

1) Accountant, 25-35 yrs, English speaking, knowledges about Microsoft Office, VAT, TAX, etc.

2) Secretary, 25-35, english speaking and writing, knowledges about Microsoft Office, etc.

3) Assistant Manager, english speaking and writing, knowledges about Microsoft Office, etc.

Ok, I will try:

1. 30K / 50K (more if very experienced)

2. 10K / 20K (very experienced)

3. 15K / 30K (co-manager)

Everything is Thai Bath Monthly

Also all this depends if male or female. It could be less if you are a good bargainer

I think the numbers supplied by Pannakaya are correct but not up to date.

These numbers are apparently Baht per day.

Probably from the time before the crash, or they show the higher average end.

15,000- 20,000 Baht

The best advert would be on placed on a job site on the net( 600 Baht for 2 week advert) or the Thai Labor Department will work as well ( FREE)

Im in the running for operations manager/GM position for a startup SMS call centre in BKK

The offer is 35k/mth + commission + profit sharing.

I know 35k is quite abit in Thailand but is it ok for the position and responsibilities of GM/Operations manager

...or are they taking advantage of a farang thats desperate for work

I just pinched a very experienced highly qualified multi lingual office manager/exec secretary from another company ... she has about 15 years experience ... and I have to pay 45k baht per month to meet her previous salary.
