Can I apply for a Non-O?

What are the requirements if I want them to stay for more than 60-days?

Do you have a one year extension of stay or just a visa entry? I suspect you are asking if they can apply for the non immigrant O visa? You need to be on extension of stay and they would need a copy of your passport at most locations - but there are some that will issue with less and if they are over age 50 they might get to check retirement options.

A normal tourist visa provides most people 60 day stay. And they are currently free.
