Muay Thai Learning

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,I plan to travel back to Pattaya in late June for 2 months.

This time i would like to get some training in muay thai boxing, for self defence and fitness.

Being middle aged,i not that overly fit and would like to take private lessons.

I dont mind farang or thai as long as they can teach me.

I can do anytimes during the day.

How would i find someone ? Does anyone know anyone?

Try the new Gym opposite Foodland on Pattaya Klang, my Partner is a Muay Thai Trainer there along with Famous Sakmongkol, they also do private lessons in the Gym if required. If you want anymore details, get back to me, and i will try to help.

Yes I will,thanks for that.

I am only wanting to learn for self defence, probaly a bit harder to learn now im in my 40 s but i think everyone should learn some type of fighting.

Those of you who are middleaged are now prime targets for attack.

I was nearly attacked in pattaya last year after going to the aid of an elderly german man was being belted b muayy 3 skinhead tattooed young drunk farangs.

I also looked at Krav Maga self defence .

Does anyone in their 50 s 60 s or older here still train in boxing or thai boxing.?
