InterestedObserver Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 Your permission to stay in Thailand is governed by whatever admitted until or extension of stay date is stamped in your passport, that is the date immigration goes by. A work permit, in and of itself, does not grant you any legal authority to remain in Thailand.
