Which Immigration I Have To Visit?

Featured Replies

After my next visit in my homecountry (AUSTRIA) I hope to come back with a Non Immigrant O Visa for family reasons,

I have children with Thai ladys.

I rent a house in Chayaphum province, where I have one son living, with a lease contract enclosed to the landpapers ,

but stay also a lot of time in Udon Thani with my new girlfriend and 2 other children.

From the children in Udon Thani province I have now papers with me, showing that I am father of Thai citicens,

to present them to the Thai consular section in Vienna.

Back later in Thailand, which Immigration office is responsible for me?

Where I have to go if I want to apply for a one year visa? (Family reasons)

Thanks.

Where will you be living when you have to Visit Immigration?

If Udon then you go to Nong Khai.

If Chayaphum you go to Tha Li

Thank you for the answer and information.

I live on both addresses, but now more in Udon Thani, but in Chayaphum I have a valid rent-lease contract for the house.

Anyway, how do I have to proof to the responsible Immigration office, that i am living on one of my two addresses?

I not sure, if my Ex-girlfriend has enlisted me in the house papers in Chayaphum, but I think so.

In Udon, I believe that did not happen until now.

Thank you, Alfred

A lease, house papers, mail addressed to you, drivers license, bank records etc. Believe most anything, including a letter from your Embassy, could be used.
