Non-o Visa

Featured Replies

Hi I have multiple entry non-imm 'o' visa. Issued in july 2008 from the UK.

I have to go out on 21 april as 90 days expire again. I have booked a flight to Singapore that day (21 april).

Can i fly back to Thailand the same day and get a stamp to come back in?

Also this is my 4th time coming back in. Am I right in thinking I can keep getting 90 days until july 2009

when the visa expires?

many thanks

Yes to all your questions.

If you re-enter just before your visa expires you will get another 90 days, which means you can stay until October.

Edited by QED as he cannot add 3 months to July due to alcohol consumption

Correct. Meaning you can stretch it out to 15 months :o

Yes to all, but why are you off to SIN for only 1 day? You could have done a much cheaper border run to Poipet!

just seemed easy. Paid 4000 baht return. I'm in phuket.

I can maybe head to santosa for few hours. see the giant arapima in the aquarium, the beach and

look at new techy gadgets in that big superstore...

Cheers for heads up on stretching 3 months on from july. Thats awesome. :o

Does anyone know if the thai girlfriend needs a visa to go to singapore by the way?

I'll book the flight for her too if its an easy job.

Just her passport.
