Benjam
HI there, Im actually looking to import hardware from Indonesia and pay using SWIFT and my HSBC account. This forum is the closest place I have found so I hope you guys can help. I have found a supplier from the alibaba with a trust pass but I need to know the following: 1. Are there any laws on importing that I should be aware of. I would be importing one product first (sample) at £880 cost. I am an individual trader. 2. What are the potential pit falls I should be aware of, anyone with experience of Indonesian trade? The reason why im doing it is because the price of the goods I require are very cheap to the fact they are in U.S Dollars $1650. So it makes sense to import as they are also desirable goods and sell here for at least £1,300. The goods come with a warranty and are a popular computer make/model. Many Thanks, Ben. Axel
Importing from Indonesia to UK might be a bit outside of the range of this forum. But have a look around here: http://www.hmce.gov.uk/channelsPortalWebAp...l=pageHome_Main
