Hiya Again.... If your travelling with kids this place can be a bit noisey. The staff seem to be a little jaded aswell. We always stay on Big Buddha Beach, a nice alternative is the Samui Mermaid Resort, If you book a deluxe room with sea view you will still have change from what you'd have paid at the Lagoon Bay. The staff and service are excellent and you have a choice of 2 pools. It s only 10 mins away from Chaweng, but a million miles away in atmosphere. Hope this helps, havew a good trip.

It's ok. I was only there at night, so it was quiet. No security to be seen(he was sitting beach side) and they were doing some work around the pool area(probably finished now)

Met an American girl staying there..........
