Yes no charge.

When I applied I was ready to pay when she said "free, read the sign" there were a sign saying something like no charge for tourist visas from March to June

Seoul embassy is only handing out single entries. I asked for a triple and had my wallet out ready to pay but she pointed to the sign and informed me single only.

Oh well you can't moan about a freebie......................................can you?
