Try the gad luang; they have everything. But it not the easiest place to find some of the less common items, so you may need to take someone with you that knows the market.

Or better, try a big building materials store. Like Noppadon Phanich. (Super highway on the inside (left side), in between San Dek intersection (Doi Saket Rd) and Mae Jo intersection.
