I recently upgraded my Internet speed to 4 mbps but not I keep getting redirected to portal.totisp.net any ideas on how to get my Internet working before I upgraded my Internet was working just fine

Could you provide information about what you find on that page? It's possible that when you upgrade, it requires you to make a new login/password for that speed. I've had similar things happen with True before. You could also just simply try to disconnect/reconnect (which I'm sure you've done already, but you never know). Last resort, just call Tot and tell em.
