Yep.. it's used for the big hulking very un-feminine khatoeys that you often see around town. Usually the older, overweight and blatantly obvious that it is a bloke in a frock with bad makeup and a padded bra type..

Oh and don't let them hear you say it in their presence... Nowt worse than a pissed off 100kg Thai bloke in a dress...

big-fat-ugly- looks more like a man than a woman.
