My colleague at the Gazette Dan Ogunshankin, who doesn't have an account here asked me to post this on his behalf.

He has formed a Phuket FC supporters club.

We are trying to get as much support as possible as we think it is fantastic that Phuket finally has its own football team and would like to see as many people turn out to watch them play as possible.

The next home game is against Nakhon Si Tamaran (sp?) this saturday.

Please note the kick off appears to have been changed from 5pm, as previously advertised, to 7pm.

Anybody been to any matches yet, and more importantly, does anybody have a fixture list for home games. I went to the ground the other day to find out, got told next home game is May 10. I now read its 25 April, so just wondered if anybody has a little more info. Looking forward to seeing a live game again.

I think the supporters club is a great idea... but as the guy above said, it would be great if we could access some kind of fixtures list. Would love to take my son to the home games on a regular basis.

Hi, got some info here, there is a fixture list at www.thaileaguefootball.com they are playing in Regional League Division 2 South.

I read that their first match attracted a crowd of about 3000. Great idea to start a supporters club, let us know how the matches are.

whats happening in Phuket fc? seems they dropped off the map, can't find any pictures or clips. If anyone makes it out to a game be sure to send some info.... take heart from Chiang Rai fc.

by Lomo- Concerning the fanclubs:

The "Orange Power" seems to be doing fine. They bring their drums, horns and flags and also by their enthusiastic singing they contribute very positively to a good atmosphere.

I can hardly imagine that they wouldn't be there. They made themselves already indispensable; they are the flying flag on the ship, a fact they literally emboby by waving their enormeous orange flags.

A fan club of a club that never lost though is necessarily still waiting for its 'baptism of fire'. May it be postponed for a while.

The "Orange Club" of the foreigners has so far only shown potential, so we still have to wait untill it reaches the stage of concrete action.

It will take a couple of weeks, so the first coming home match against Petchabun (May 31) might show itself to be the touchstone.
