April 29, 200917 yr i rememberwhen this land was for sale, only now 25 years left on the lease I dont think the lease term poses much of a problem...the majority of shares of Kempinski AG are owned indirectly by the Crown Property Bureau...which in turn also owns the land.... see last three paragraphs of website Kempinski
