Extension Of Non-o

Featured Replies

I'm currently on my first 1 year extension which expires on June 18th. My problem is that I will be up country attending university and I won't be back in Bangkok until the end of June. I've got all the docs I need for my second 1 year extension based on marriage. Do you think immigration in Bangkok will let me extend my visa early sometime next week or is it set in stone that you can only apply during the last 30 days?

It depends upon the immigration office that you go to. Most will do it early if you have a valid reason.

Pattaya does them 90 days early.

Sweet, I will be going to Suan Plu. I will be going roughly 45 days before it expires so hopefully they won't give me any problems.

I have done it early at Khorat. You probably will be ok.
