I was going home. I saw the car crash. [There was] a woman in the car. Her face was disfigured. (lost - looks - as much as that) She wasn't dead which was surprising.

ไม่ตาย, that sounds like ไม่ใกล้ to me, but that wouldn't make sense.

I think that there is one error though, where you have ไม่ตายก็ ประหลาด ไปเลย, I think it is ไม่ตายก็ อัปลักษณ์ ไปเลย
