I heard rumors that Indigo hast stopped there brunch, is that correct?

So - whats the best brunch place now (in the low season) in Phuket?

Is the twin palms still doing one?

I know there has been already a long post from Thai Gerd about the

brunch topic - just looking for an update...

Yes yesterday (May 3) was the last Indigo Pearl Brunch for awhile.

I went and had a good time, they really out did them selves on the deserts this time.

Don't know about the operation of other brunches on the island.

Sad to hear that Indigo stopped with the sunday brunch. :)

So it is back to the Twin Palms for our brunch which is also not bad.

Anyone could share his experience @ the Twin Palms with us?

A friend of mine was there, about 2 month ago and he told me afterwards that it wasn't the hit..

They got a nice calendar with prices and themes etc on there homepage

I think that Twin Palms is now one of the best sunday brunch on Phuket.

Indigo was the best but is closed now. :)

Hilton arcadia is ok but has only local stuff.

The place in Patong ( sorry forgot the name ) is also not to bad but again only local stuff ( bread from supermarket etc ) and no parking place.

There are a few other places but most of them don't offer the quality like Indogo or Twin Palms does.

Off-course there many places which are cheaper but if you want to have quality you pay for it.

Only negative about Twin Palm would be that it has almost every Sunady the same selection of food.

The special item you mention is only one itme of the whole menu which is changed.

Why don't you guys just take a break!

Forget about Brunch.

Go and do something else during the time Indigo Brunch is close! The other doesn't deserve a visit...maybe Twin Palms, but after few visits, it's start to be really boring.

Apparently Indigo is closing for 2 month...Only! Wait, take a break, and sure you will enjoy your next brunch like never! Hopefully !

Now indigo must come out with something similar, or better than before!

After " La Vie en Rose" I think they should come out with something like "les Nuits blanche" de Charle Barclay... Do you know about it??? A rich man who organize party in St Tropez.

Everything is white, and every guest are in white!

That is just my idea.

Guys, wait for it............

First the Bad News: Yes. Indigo has stopped their Sunday Brunch.

Now the GOOD news: But it's coming back soooooon - watch this space!

Meantime, Twin Palms is still on and there's probably a few other hotels doing them too.

Maybe you are confused (?) as The Absolute Group has a resort called Absolute Sea Pearl Resort.

As I understand it the Indigo Pearl Brunch is on hold, same with a few others. Problem being food cost on a big buffet vs. the amount of customers.

Anyone went to Indigo Pearl brunch on Sunday????

I booked too late! Couldn't manage to get a table there!

Any big changes?

Yes I was there and Indigo Pearl still has the finest brunch on the island IMHO.

The only differences were that the brunch now finishes at 3pm and there is now more one-on-one preparation.

There was Peking duck, roast suckling pig, a huge tuna fish and the usual exquisite cheeses, desserts, hams, breads etc.

At each station there were people preparing food for you - for example the steaks were cut and cooked as per order.

Looked quite busy so people advised to book.
